Hi, I’m Debra Shepherd

I'm a Sydney-based business and communications strategist, coach and podcast host.

With more than 25 years of experience as a Communications Specialist and 13 years in business, my mission is to help you communicate meaningfully, lead well, create success and experience more ease, joy and meaning in your life and business.

Through the podcast, one-to-one coaching and consulting, I help service-based entrepreneurs and established businesses optimise communication for greater visibility, connection, productivity and impact.

I’ve worked in the media, PR, corporate communications, events and social media marketing. I’ve had the pleasure of working alongside hundreds of businesses across a range of industries including business services, human resources and recruitment, fashion, real estate, construction, manufacturing, wellness, hospitality and healthcare.

My approach is strategic, grounded, intuitive and to the point. My experience is backed by a Masters in Communication Management, qualifications in Life and Success Coaching, Statement of Attainment in Mental Health, Human Design Certification and training in Reiki, PR and event management.

I also host The Debra Shepherd Podcast. A business podcast that explores communication, mindset, leadership and business. On the show, you’ll find quick conversations and interviews with extraordinary women in business who go behind the scenes and share their stories filled with purpose, courage, inspiration, resilience, impact and success.
